we are seeking harvest interns for the 2015 vintage.
三、我们正在寻找2016年度的实习生:
as part of our harvest team, our interns will work under the direction of the viticulturistthe winemaker. the vineyard, cellar/production interns will be assisting with winemaking harvest through fermentation/barreling down. this is a comprehensive internship with exposure to many aspects of winemakingproduction, including but not limited to: vineyard sampling, grape receptionprocessing, indigenous fermentation management, equipment operationsanitation. candidates should be highly motivated, able to work long hourshave a serious interest in wine production. previous harvest experience is a plus. this position will be open april 1st through mid-december depending on growthharvest conditions.
